Today I ran out to check on the house and the fireplace stone was going up! It is turning out gorgeous! I can't compliment http://www.trurock.com/ enough! They are a great company with great people!

This has been such a fun and creative experience! God has blessed us with the greatest people working on our home...both talented and kind. The painted say he prayed over our house! How great! Carpet, fireplace stone, landscape...lots of things going in this week! Check back!

The master wall tile is in, but we need the mirrors to determine if the sconces work or if they are too small. Praying they work...they are really cute in person!

All in all, it is really almost finished! I feel so blessed to have had this experience and have been able to use so much creativity! Stacye Love is a fantastic builder and person! I would highly recommend her to build for you if you ever consider it!

Tat-two, yes...it's true!

Yes. It is true. I got a tattoo! Well...in August! To make a long story short, Todd and I went to dinner for our tenth anniversary in February 2010 and talked about getting matching tattoos. I sketched on a napkin an idea that we decided to take to a tattoo shop after dinner and have drawn by a tattoo artist. Life got in the way, and we never got over to the shop to get the tattoos. Well, in July 2011, Todd came home with a surprise. He had gotten the tattoo I had drawn so long ago on his right wrist. I don't want to post a picture, but they are symbols that mean alot to both of us. It meant soooo much to me that he went and got our tattoo, but I wasn't ready to get mine just yet! Finally, on August 5th, I went and got mine to match. It is on my right wrist and I absolutely love it! It is something I thought I would NEVER do, but it was so fun and exciting and it didn't even hurt! (The scary part was my tattoo artist's name - Jughead!) So, to put the rumors to rest...Yes. We have matching tattoos. Yes. They are in visible places. Yes. I love it. No. It didn't hurt. No...I won't get another one...well, maybe. Never say never :)
